Avaria no catastr\u00f2fica perqu\u00e8 es va fer visible a cotxe aturat. <\/li><li>Assumint una retenci\u00f3 vella com a causa, aquesta es va substituir (ia m\u00e9s aprofitem per canviar tamb\u00e9 el piny\u00f3 de distribuci\u00f3)<\/li><li>Unes quantes proves, sense problemes de fugides i vam donar l&#8217;avaria per resolta.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9c4aaf3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9c4aaf3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Segona avaria:<\/span><\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Nova sortida a l&#8217;autopista al cap d&#8217;un parell de setmanes per a un llarg trasllat del vehicle. Aparentment tot normal en ruta. <\/li><li>De sobte, despr\u00e9s d&#8217;uns 200 km, la pressi\u00f3 d&#8217;oli va caure sobtadament a zero, i es va poder sentir el soroll de cascabell al motor que indica que alguna cosa molt dolenta ha passat dins del mateix. Es va aturar immediatament, per\u00f2 el mal ja estava fet. <\/li><li>El c\u00e0rter s&#8217;havia buidat gaireb\u00e9 del tot. Causant danys molt greus al motor (canells del cigonyal destru\u00efts, casquets de bieles foses). Destrucci\u00f3 de la part baixa del motor.  <\/li><li>Per\u00f2 el m\u00e9s curi\u00f3s \u00e9s que l&#8217;oli no havia sortit per un punt concret, ni per un c\u00e0rter trencat ni per cap junta visible: hi havia oli literalment per tot arreu. Proves en banc durant un mes i uns 400 km de rodatge a la carretera sense problemes, sense fuites, sense p\u00e8rdues de fluids ni de compressi\u00f3. Tot semblava correcte. Contents amb el resultat del muntatge. Fins que, en una nova sortida a l&#8217;autopista, va apar\u00e8ixer exactament el mateix s\u00edmptoma: Baixada de nivell d&#8217;oli, se&#8217;l veia que sortia a l&#8217;exterior, i que semblava sortir \u201cper tot arreu i per cap\u201d alhora. No es veia cap junta trencada ni mal muntada. I nom\u00e9s a autopista. Com si aquest cotxe arrossegu\u00e9s la \u201cmaledicci\u00f3 de les vies r\u00e0pides\u201d.       <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e261e2a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e261e2a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Afortunadament, aquesta vegada com el motor estava en proves, an\u00e0vem fent un seguiment molt meticul\u00f3s i observant valors i estats del motor a intervals molt curts, aix\u00ed que no va passar res m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 que la constataci\u00f3 que el nivell d&#8217;oli havia baixat m\u00e9s del que s&#8217;esperava -fins i tot per a un motor en rodatge-, i la simple reposici\u00f3 que havia d&#8217;acabar al nivell adequat: per\u00f2 sabent que era evident.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-076589a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"076589a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El motor net i nou, va permetre identificar l&#8217;origen de l&#8217;esprai d&#8217;oli: l&#8217;orifici de drenatge de la campana de l&#8217;embragatge. \u00c9s a dir, la sortida del darrere del cigonyal cap a la caixa de canvis, on als motors Ventoux no hi ha retingues. \u00c9s a dir, l&#8217;oli estava sortint per la part del cigonyal que d\u00f3na a la caixa de canvis. I vam veure que sortia oli per all\u00e0 quan manten\u00edem un r\u00e8gim alt i constant. Perqu\u00e8 succe\u00eds l&#8217;efecte esprai o aer\u00f2graf, el vent de marxa feia la resta.    <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1062515 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1062515\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En tot cas semblava impossible que, amb tot nou al motor, el mateix s\u00edmptoma es repet\u00eds abans i despr\u00e9s de la reconstrucci\u00f3. Tot i que vam veure que an\u00e0vem pel bon cam\u00ed, encara segu\u00edem veient una mica d&#8217;oli a la sortida del cigonyal a la campana de l&#8217;embragatge. Menys que abans, per\u00f2 alguna cosa. Aix\u00ed que semblava que al nostre motor el respirador de la tapa de balancins era insuficient. En el nostre <strong>cas particular<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>i nom\u00e9s segurament en el nostre cas<\/strong> -, va caldre reempla\u00e7ar el tap d&#8217;oli de la tapa de balancins tancat per un amb ventilaci\u00f3, del tipus usat en alguns motors Ventoux (com el 670-04 el Renault 4CV i el Renault Juvaquatre). Aquesta \u00e9s la mecanitzaci\u00f3 a la sortida del cigonyal que fa que l&#8217;oli no surti per ella (igual que una broca despla\u00e7a el material perforat cap enrere). <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0d17312 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0d17312\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El cigonyal d&#8217;estries fines \u00e9s menys efica\u00e7 per retenir l&#8217;oli i possiblement requereix ventilaci\u00f3 addicional, com els motors 670-04 per assegurar que no hi ha cap sobrepressi\u00f3 que faci sortir oli per les seves estries. Reparado el ret\u00e9n de la polea de cig\u00fce\u00f1al, la \u00fanica v\u00eda de salida a la brutal presi\u00f3n interior -debido a que el \u00fanico respiradero disponible estaba completamente obstruido- eran las mencionadas estr\u00edas.  <\/li><li>A la tercera anomalia, i treballant nom\u00e9s amb el respirador de la tapa de balancins -un cop net aquest- i tap tipus &#8220;tancat&#8221;, l&#8217;oli va tornar a sortir de nou per la part posterior del cigonyal (costat embragatge-caixa de canvis), a causa de la pressi\u00f3 interna al c\u00e0rter. Potser manejable amb el cigonyal &#8220;cua de porc&#8221; original del motor Gordini 607-05 (m\u00e9s modern i efectiu per retenir l&#8217;oli) per\u00f2 encara pressi\u00f3 excessiva perqu\u00e8 el cigonyal &#8220;estries llises&#8221;, menys efectiu, pogu\u00e9s contenir la sortida d&#8217;oli i per tant m\u00e9s sensible a la m\u00ednima sobrepressi\u00f3. Sobrepressi\u00f3 que eliminada pel tap ventilat del 670-04, va conduir a la soluci\u00f3 completa del problema.  <\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c440267 elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"c440267\" data-element_type=\"widget\" (Renault 4CV, Dauphine, Gordini), tots ells amb m\u00e9s de 60 anys de veterania, on \u00e9s f\u00e0cil trobar obstruccions parcials o totals en els conductes de ventilaci\u00f3 que a m\u00e9s confien tota la seva efic\u00e0cia a la simple.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-01de84a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"01de84a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Si observes
