entre els c\u00e8rcols del pist\u00f3 cap al c\u00e0rter: \u00e9s el que es coneix com a <em>blow-by<\/em> .<br> Aquesta barreja de gasos i vapor d&#8217;oli augmenta la pressi\u00f3 interna i, si no s&#8217;evacua correctament, acaba empenyent l&#8217;oli per qualsevol punt feble: juntes, retens o fins i tot per la vareta de nivell.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-438693c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"438693c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La missi\u00f3 del sistema de ventilaci\u00f3 del c\u00e0rter \u00e9s tan simple com vital: <strong>mantenir la pressi\u00f3 interna equilibrada<\/strong> i permetre que aquests gasos surtin sense arrossegar oli.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9eac785 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9eac785\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Sistema_de_ventilaci%C3%B3n_de_gases_del_c%C3%A1rter_(PCV)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">v\u00e0lvula PCV<\/a> connecta el c\u00e0rter amb l&#8217;admissi\u00f3, usant la depressi\u00f3 del col\u00b7lector per aspirar els gasos.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d3c5e37 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d3c5e37\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La funci\u00f3 principal del <strong>respirador del c\u00e0rter<\/strong> \u00e9s alleujar la pressi\u00f3 acumulada pels gasos de blow-by que es filtren des dels cilindres, evitant que aquesta pressi\u00f3 forci l&#8217;oli a sortir per retens i juntes. Si la ventilaci\u00f3 \u00e9s deficient o obstru\u00efda, el motor intentar\u00e0 expulsar la pressi\u00f3 \u201cper on pugui\u201d, provocant fuites d&#8217;oli en retens, juntes i fins i tot fent saltar parcialment la vareta de nivell d&#8217;oli. Moltes vegades \u00e9s com\u00fa passar per alt aquest sistema, per\u00f2 en motors veterans una ventilaci\u00f3 inadequada pot ser el \u201cculpable silenci\u00f3s\u201d de consums d&#8217;oli an\u00f2mals i fugides persistents.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section data-particle_enable=\"false\" bloc i feien servir un sistema obert que deixava escapar els gasos i vapors d&#8217;oli directament a l&#8217;atmosfera.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div Respirador la longitud del tub del qual (exactament 67 mm) estava acuradament mesurada per generar la sortida de gasos segurament ajudar a la seva evacuaci\u00f3 per efecte Venturi durant la marxa del vehicle, i evitar que aquest respirador es convert\u00eds en una font de \u201ccontrapressi\u00f3\u201d cap al c\u00e0rter (causant l&#8217;efecte contrari al desitjat). Des del seu inici, el Dauphine va incorporar un sistema de ventilaci\u00f3 molt similar a l&#8217;\u00faltim esquema del 4CV, \u00e9s a dir, amb <g id=\"gid_1\">un respirador fix muntat<\/g> al bloc <g id=\"gid_2\">m\u00e9s un tap d&#8217;omplert ventilat<\/g> . Aquest tap, equipat amb una petita <strong data-start=\"425\" data-end=\"455\">reixeta met\u00e0l\u00b7lica filtrant<\/strong> , permetia el pas dels gasos del c\u00e0rter cap a l&#8217;exterior, mantenint equilibrada la pressi\u00f3 interna.<br data-start=\"560\" data-end=\"563\"> La tapa incorporava a m\u00e9s un <strong data-start=\"593\" data-end=\"623\">petit deflector interior<\/strong> que actuava com a separador d&#8217;oli, evitant que les gotes en suspensi\u00f3 sortissin juntament amb els vapors. Com assenyala una publicaci\u00f3 t\u00e8cnica, <strong>els motors Ventoux confiaven tota la seva ventilaci\u00f3 a aquestes sortides directes a atmosfera<\/strong> . <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f157ad6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f157ad6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A la pr\u00e0ctica, un Dauphine en bon estat amb prou feines treia fum pel respirador; per\u00f2 en unitats gastades era notori veure la <em>\u201csegona fuita\u201d<\/em> fent fum blanc-blau pel tubet de la tapa de balancins. Aix\u00f2 era s\u00edmptoma de <em>blow-by<\/em> excessiu (segments de pist\u00f3 desgastats) i no una fallada del respirador en si. A finals de 1960, va apar\u00e8ixer una evoluci\u00f3 identificada com <g id=\"gid_0\">a Type 670-05<\/g> , de pot\u00e8ncia 40 CV SAE, ~36 CV DI per\u00f2 amb canvis de disseny intern. anys despr\u00e9s) es va introduir una modificaci\u00f3 a la part posterior del cigonyal: <strong>un estriat helico\u00efdal \u201ccua de porc\u201d<\/strong> al voltant del mony\u00f3 del darrere, I si aquesta sortida s&#8217;obstrueix, el fet de ser l&#8217;\u00fanica fa que la funcionalitat d&#8217;evacuaci\u00f3 de gasos del c\u00e0rter es vegi seriosament compromesa. <\/li>\n<li>Si per alguna ra\u00f3 en un motor 670-05 es munta un cigonyal antic -nom\u00e9s amb estries rectes que, encara que menys efectiva que l&#8217;espiral queue de couchon o cua de porc per retenir oli \u00e9s t\u00e8cnicament possible-, la ventilaci\u00f3 original pot resultar insuficient.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-97d4183 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"97d4183\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Justament aix\u00f2 va passar en la restauraci\u00f3 del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jgclassics.com\/ca\/2025\/10\/18\/el-meu-cotxe-classic-perd-oli-v-problemes-del-respirador-del-motor-i-ventilacio-del-carter\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">nostre Gordini fa poques setmanes<\/a> : es va instal\u00b7lar un cigonyal nou d&#8217;estoc antic (tipus estries fines, corresponent a motor 670-04) en un bloc 670-05. El resultat va ser que, tot i el respirador de tapa net, el motor seguia traient una mica d&#8217;oli per la campana d&#8217;embragatge en usos exigents.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-56449c9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"56449c9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u00c9s important esmentar que els sistemes de retenci\u00f3 d&#8217;oli sense retingues de goma basats en mecanitzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;estries o espirals funcionen b\u00e9, per\u00f2 es basen en una premissa: <strong>Les pressions a banda i banda de la paret del c\u00e0rter d&#8217;oli han d&#8217;estar equilibrades.<\/strong> Una sobrepressi\u00f3 far\u00e0 que les estries o espirals es converteixin precisament a la via de sortida.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section data-particle_enable=\"false\" data-particle-mobile-disabled=\"false\" class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-b1c9638 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"b1c9638\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-560bb7d\" data-id=\"560bb7d\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8179d67 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8179d67\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>I una soluci\u00f3 \u00e9s afegir la ventilaci\u00f3 que amb aquests cigonyals \u201cantics\u201d d&#8217;estries simples els calia: <strong>reempla\u00e7ar el tap herm\u00e8tic per un tap ventilat per omplir d&#8217;oli<\/strong> , del mateix tipus que feien servir els motors Ventoux anteriors (alguns 4CV, Juvaquatre i Dauphine est\u00e0ndard). assegurant-se aix\u00ed la m\u00e0xima evacuaci\u00f3 de la vapor. mantenir net el tam\u00eds del respirador i clar el conducte.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section data-particle_enable=\"false\" Pots fer-ho amb benzina i un pinzell o amb un desgreixador de motors potent. <\/li>\n<li>Assegureu-vos que la sortida de 14 mm no estigui obstru\u00efda per dip\u00f2sits antics.<\/li>\n<li>Si el tub t\u00e9 corba o prolongaci\u00f3, cal verificar que no hagi condensat ni oli solidificat a l&#8217;interior.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Verificar el tub lateral del bloc (si n&#8217;hi ha):<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Comprovar longitud i posici\u00f3 (als 4CV: 67 mm des de la base).<\/li>\n<li>Confirmeu que el tub no estigui doblegat ni tapat amb pintura, massilla o brut\u00edcia.<\/li>\n<li>Observar si hi ha restes d&#8217;oli: una lleugera pel\u00b7l\u00edcula \u00e9s normal, degoteig continu no.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tap d&#8217;oli:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Si \u00e9s del tipus ventilat, netegeu la malla met\u00e0l\u00b7lica interna amb benzina o dissolvent.<\/li>\n<li>Si \u00e9s tancat i no hi ha cap altre respirador actiu del que es tenen sospites, pots substituir temporalment per un ventilat per comprovar si les fuites desapareixen. Ho pots aconseguir <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/recambiosclasicos.com\/producto\/tapon-aceite-tapa-valvulas-renault-4-4-con-filtro-respiracion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">aqu\u00ed (Espanya)<\/a><\/strong> i <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/boutique.techni-tacot.com\/moteur\/1828-bouchon-reniflard-huile-renault-goelette-r2087-fregate-prairie.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">aqu\u00ed (Fran\u00e7a)<\/a><\/strong> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prova pr\u00e0ctica:<\/strong> amb motor a ralent\u00ed posa la m\u00e0 al voltant de les sortides del respirador. Has de notar un \u201ccolpeig\u201d suau i polsant al ritme del motor dels gasos sortint.
