Dans une plus ou moins large mesure, nous aimons la m\u00e9canique et le bricolage, mais nous n&#8217;aimons pas salir l&#8217;environnement. Il faut pas dire que les huiles industrielles et des automobiles sont l&#8217;un des d\u00e9chets les plus polluants.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Quant \u00e0 la seconde, le probl\u00e8me est qu&#8217;elle peut \u00eatre interpr\u00e9t\u00e9e de la mani\u00e8re suivante : dans le cadre du contr\u00f4le technique, les &#8220;fuites d&#8217;huile qui NE coulent PAS&#8221; constituent une infraction mineure, mais les &#8220;les fuites d&#8217;huile qui COULENT&#8221; constituent une infraction grave et donnent lieu \u00e0 une INSPECTION D\u00c9FAVORABLE (quand m\u00eame en Espagne). Et la pr\u00e9cision est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment ce que l&#8217;on entend par &#8220;qui coule&#8221; et ce que l&#8217;on entend par &#8220;qui NE coule PAS&#8221;. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, toute fuite d&#8217;un fluide implique un \u00e9gouttement (\u00e0 moins que le fluide ne se solidifie ou ne se g\u00e9lifie spontan\u00e9ment, ce qui n&#8217;est pas le cas de l&#8217;huile, du moins \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures &#8220;ordinaires&#8221; sous notre climat). La question est donc de savoir &#8220;dans combien de temps&#8221; l&#8217;ecoulement se produit. Il appartient donc au technicien du contr\u00f4le technique de d\u00e9terminer s&#8217;il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;un &#8220;\u00e7a coule&#8221; ou d&#8217;un &#8220;NE coule PAS&#8221;. Et c&#8217;est souvent une source de d\u00e9bat\/litige ou au moins d&#8217;incertitude quant au r\u00e9sultat du rapport de controle technique.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section data-particle_enable=\"false\" data-particle-mobile-disabled=\"false\" class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-4edbcbc elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"4edbcbc\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-6dc4bce\" data-id=\"6dc4bce\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-98820e9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"98820e9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Quelles sont les possibilit\u00e9s qui j'ai pour r\u00e9soudre cette fuite d'huile?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b03f979 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b03f979\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>C&#8217;est souvent l\u00e0 que vient le probl\u00e8me : le technicien du contr\u00f4le technique vous expliquera probablement d&#8217;o\u00f9 vient la fuite et vous entendrez probablement une phrase comme &#8220;Vous devrait changer les joints XYZ &#8230;&#8221;, &#8220;<strong><em>il faudrait changer le joint d&#8217;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 de XYZ &#8230;<\/em><\/strong>&#8220;-c&#8217;est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement le cas dans la majorit\u00e9 des cas-. Et l\u00e0, si vous voulez r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me, vous pouvez &#8211; en gros &#8211; \u00eatre confront\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs options, qui se r\u00e9sument finalement \u00e0 <strong>deux situations possibles<\/strong>: le remplacement de la pi\u00e8ce responsable est soit possible, soit impossible :<\/p><p> <\/p><h5><strong>Sc\u00e9nario 1 : le remplacement de l&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e9ment d&#8217;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 (joint d&#8217;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9, joint spi, bouchon&#8230;) est possible.<\/strong><\/h5><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>Premi\u00e8re option : il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;un joint<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">(externe<\/span>, j&#8217;insiste encore une fois, je ne parle PAS &#8211; par exemple &#8211; d&#8217;un joint de culasse) et le remplacement est possible. Un joint plat, m\u00eame s&#8217;il n&#8217;est pas disponible dans le commerce, est facile \u00e0 fabriquer et, dans la plupart des cas, peut \u00eatre remplac\u00e9 avec un effort raisonnable. Il est vrai que dans certains cas, comme celui du joint de carter d&#8217;huile, il est souvent n\u00e9cessaire de soulever le bloc moteur parce que le train avant ou arri\u00e8re (en fonction de l&#8217;emplacement du bloc moteur) emp\u00eache de retirer le carter. Mais dans tous les cas, il s&#8217;agit de quelque chose de g\u00e9rable.<\/li><li>Deuxi\u00e8me option : Il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;un joint spi et vous pouvez le changer avec un effort raisonnable. Les pi\u00e8ces de rechange sont disponibles et la main-d&#8217;\u0153uvre est abordable en termes de temps et d&#8217;efforts. Certains peuvent n\u00e9cessiter le d\u00e9montage de pi\u00e8ces qui vous donneront plus de travail, comme une poulie de vilebrequin ou une pompe \u00e0 eau qui vous emp\u00eache d&#8217;acc\u00e9der au joint spi mais l\u00e0 encore, il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;un probl\u00e8me qui peut \u00eatre r\u00e9solu \u00e0 un co\u00fbt mod\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h5><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Situation 2 : Le remplacement de l&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e9ment d&#8217;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 est inabordable ou trop chair.<\/strong><\/span><\/h5><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>Le remplacement du joint d&#8217;huile n&#8217;est pas possible pour l&#8217;une des raisons suivantes :<ul><li>Pas dispo au march\u00e9<\/li><li>Vous ne pouvez pas vous permettre de le changer.<\/li><li>Il n&#8217;a jamais exist\u00e9 : ce mod\u00e8le simplement n&#8217;avait jamais pas de joint spi. Elle ne figure pas dans la conception originale.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section data-particle_enable=\"false\" data-particle-mobile-disabled=\"false\" class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-68aa91e elementor-section-boxed plupart des cas, la situation sera tr\u00e8s similaire \u00e0 l&#8217;une des situations d&#8217;\u00eatre dans la <strong>situation 1<\/strong>, je vous conseille de ne m\u00eame pas y penser : optez pour un <strong>remplacement direct de l&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e9ment d&#8217;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9<\/strong>: pas de solutions interm\u00e9diaires, pas d&#8217;additifs &#8220;miracles&#8221; qui promettent de r\u00e9tablir l&#8217;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 l\u00e0 o\u00f9 il y avait avant des fuites. Je n&#8217;en ai jamais vu un qui fonctionnait.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Si vous remplacez la pi\u00e8ce, il est vrai que vous passerez des heures et\/ou d\u00e9penserez de l&#8217;argent (plus d&#8217;heures ou plus d&#8217;argent en fonction de ce que vous faites vous-m\u00eame ou de ce que vous sous-traitez), mais il s&#8217;agira d&#8217;un investissement s\u00fbr. Si vous ajoutez \u00e0 cela le fait qu&#8217;il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;une voiture de collection, et donc le peu de kilom\u00e8tres qu&#8217;elle est susceptible de parcourir par an, ce sera probablement la derni\u00e8re fois que vous remplacerez cette pi\u00e8ce. Beaucoup de voitures anciennes n&#8217;en avaient pas \u00e0 la sortie des diff\u00e9rents arbres (vilebrequin, came, arbres secondaires, etc.).<\/p><p> <\/p><p>En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, bien qu&#8217;un joint spi existe en tant que pi\u00e8ce depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es et qu&#8217;il semble simple, il n&#8217;est en aucun cas un \u00e9l\u00e9ment simple \u00e0 fabriquer ou \u00e0 concevoir.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Un joint spi est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment d&#8217;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 sous forme d&#8217;anneau (ou parfois de cylindre), qui est install\u00e9 dans un trou d&#8217;un r\u00e9cipient rempli de fluide, trou \u00e0 travers lequel une partie mobile (un arbre rotatif ou une tige oscillante comme dans le cas des soupapes) &#8220;fait saillie&#8221;. Et sa mission, est de retenir le liquide pour qu&#8217;il ne s&#8217;\u00e9chappe pas. Un exemple typique est la sortie arri\u00e8re du vilebrequin ou l&#8217;entr\u00e9e de l&#8217;arbre primaire de la bo\u00eete de vitesses. Si de l&#8217;huile sort de l&#8217;un ou l&#8217;autre endroit &#8211; du moteur ou de la transmission &#8211; la derni\u00e8re chose que nous voulons est de l&#8217;accumuler dans le carter de la bo\u00eete de vitesses, car c&#8217;est l\u00e0 que se trouve l&#8217;embrayage et si le disque d&#8217;embrayage est recouvert d&#8217;huile, l&#8217;embrayage ne fonctionnera plus.
