La protection du soubassement de la voiture est toujours une option \u00e0 envisager.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-907f86a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"907f86a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Nous avons fait une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jgclassics.com\/fr\/2022\/12\/20\/ma-voiture-classique-fuit-lhuile-i\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">partie I<\/a> et une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jgclassics.com\/fr\/2022\/12\/23\/ma-voiture-classique-fuit-de-lhuile-et-ii\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">partie II<\/a> de &#8220;ma voiture classique fuit de l&#8217;huile&#8221;. Au moment de la publication de la partie II, nous n&#8217;avions plus d&#8217;actions de ce type en perspective, mais nous avons finalement cr\u00e9\u00e9 cette partie III dans laquelle nous partageons avec vous les travaux d&#8217;am\u00e9lioration r\u00e9alis\u00e9s sur notre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jgclassics.com\/fr\/nos-vehicules\/renault-dauphine-gordini\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Renault Dauphine Gordini<\/a>. Il y a essentiellement deux raisons \u00e0 cela :<\/p><ul><li>Il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;une voiture \u00e2g\u00e9e de 60 ans. Et les bouchons d&#8217;huile suintent toujours un peu d&#8217;humidit\u00e9 (je vais expliquer pourquoi maintenant). Et nous ne voulons pas que cette humidit\u00e9 se m\u00e9lange \u00e0 la poussi\u00e8re de la pi\u00e8ce, provoquant ainsi une accumulation de salet\u00e9 typiquement d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able.<\/li><li>Il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;une voiture &#8220;tout \u00e0 l&#8217;arri\u00e8re&#8221;, ce qui signifie que de nombreux fils, \u00e9lectriques et m\u00e9caniques, &#8220;voyagent&#8221; sous la carrosserie de la voiture. Sur la Renault Dauphine\/Gordini, du milieu \u00e0 l&#8217;arri\u00e8re, tout est d\u00e9couvert. Il continue \u00e0 suinter. Que se passe-t-il ?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cefb4d3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cefb4d3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>C&#8217;est l&#8217;une des situations typiques des voitures anciennes en fonction de l&#8217;\u00e9tat du carter et\/ou du bouchon : vous changez l&#8217;huile, vous mettez un nouveau joint en cuivre, vous le serrez, tout semble aller bien, mais apr\u00e8s quelques heures, le bouchon est mouill\u00e9 d&#8217;huile. Vous vous r\u00e9adaptez un peu. Vous pensez avoir r\u00e9solu le probl\u00e8me, mais apr\u00e8s quelques heures, le bouchon est \u00e0 nouveau mouill\u00e9. Il arrive un moment o\u00f9 &#8211; que vous ayez ou non les sp\u00e9cifications de serrage du bouchon &#8211; votre bon sens vous dit que vous ne pouvez pas le serrer davantage, sous peine d&#8217;endommager le filetage du bouchon ou, pire encore, le filetage du carter de vilebrequin. Que vous arrive-t-il ? Il est tout \u00e0 fait possible que le si\u00e8ge du bouchon dans le carter soit &#8220;piqu\u00e9&#8221;. Les deux bouchons de vidange du carter du moteur et de la bo\u00eete de vitesses semblent l\u00e9g\u00e8rement &#8220;transpirer&#8221;. Pas d\u00e9goulinant, mais mouill\u00e9.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0bfa13f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0bfa13f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Sur ce type de voiture (et pas seulement sur la Renault Dauphine dont nous parlons), le carter et le bouchon sont des pi\u00e8ces tr\u00e8s anciennes, de sorte que la plan\u00e9it\u00e9 du support de vis (ou de la vis de bouchon elle-m\u00eame) n&#8217;est pas du tout garantie. Si le si\u00e8ge est conique, la situation est un peu meilleure, mais pas parfaite. C&#8217;est ce que de nombreux m\u00e9caniciens appellent le &#8220;m\u00e9tal piqu\u00e9&#8221;. La petite animation ci-dessus, montrant l&#8217;\u00e9tat correct et l&#8217;\u00e9tat &#8220;hach\u00e9&#8221;, peut vous montrer ce que je veux dire.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section data-particle_enable=\"false\" data-particle-mobile-disabled=\"false\" class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-302f71e elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"302f71e\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-d9ccb32\" data-id=\"d9ccb32\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-66d2144 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"66d2144\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Des joints en cuivre (ou parfois en laiton) sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9s pour ces bouchons. Leur \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 repose sur le fait que, lorsqu&#8217;ils sont press\u00e9s et qu&#8217;ils sont fabriqu\u00e9s en m\u00e9tal mou, ils se d\u00e9forment suffisamment pour s&#8217;adapter aux irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9s et sceller l&#8217;orifice. Les deux surfaces (bouchon et si\u00e8ge) sont suppos\u00e9es \u00eatre planes et r\u00e9guli\u00e8res. Ainsi, lors du serrage, le joint en cuivre se d\u00e9forme, remplissant les micro-vides laiss\u00e9s par le contact entre le boulon d&#8217;obturation et son si\u00e8ge dans le carter et assurant l&#8217;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section data-particle_enable=\"false\" data-particle-mobile-disabled=\"false\" class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-e90dff2 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"e90dff2\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-33 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-3c5fe3e\" data-id=\"3c5fe3e\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f923e37 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f923e37\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Mais si le bouchon (pour lequel il n&#8217;est parfois pas \u00e9vident de trouver un remplacement) ou le si\u00e8ge du carter est piqu\u00e9, il arrive qu&#8217;\u00e0 partir d&#8217;un certain niveau d&#8217;irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9, le serrage th\u00e9orique pour que le joint en cuivre s&#8217;adapte pour &#8220;\u00e9tancher&#8221;, soit sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 ce que le filetage peut supporter : le bouchon a un serrage maximum et ce que l&#8217;on ne veut pas, c&#8217;est &#8220;passer&#8221; le filetage du carter. Le t\u00e9flon est un mat\u00e9riau qui fond \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature minimale de 200 degr\u00e9s Celsius, et il existe des vari\u00e9t\u00e9s qui peuvent supporter jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 300 degr\u00e9s Celsius. Aucune huile de moteur de voiture n&#8217;atteint cette temp\u00e9rature, et encore moins \u00e0 la base du carter o\u00f9 la temp\u00e9rature de l&#8217;huile ne d\u00e9passe pas quelques dizaines de degr\u00e9s (60, 70, 80 degr\u00e9s en moyenne, ou si vous voulez arrondir, pour prendre une estimation prudente, consid\u00e9rez 100 au maximum). Mais pour moi personnellement, il arrive que dans le cas de l&#8217;huile, le t\u00e9flon de plomberie (qui est en fait con\u00e7u pour l&#8217;eau) ne fonctionne pas \u00e0 100 % &#8211; et je dois dire que j&#8217;ai connu des m\u00e9caniciens qui l&#8217;utilisaient. Quoi qu&#8217;il en soit, si les tuyaux en t\u00e9flon ne fonctionnent pas, c&#8217;est probablement parce qu&#8217;ils sont con\u00e7us pour \u00e9tancher l&#8217;eau et non l&#8217;huile. Ils sont en caoutchouc nitrile, comme je l&#8217;ai dit, semi-rigides, ce qui signifie que leur d\u00e9formation est contr\u00f4l\u00e9e (plus que ceux en cuivre mais moins que ceux en caoutchouc) et il en existe qui sont imperm\u00e9ables aux hydrocarbures, aux huiles et m\u00eame aux gaz. Comme ils sont semi-rigides mais pas aussi durs qu&#8217;un bouchon en cuivre, ils peuvent mieux s&#8217;adapter aux d\u00e9formations ou rugosit\u00e9s qui peuvent \u00eatre apparues sur le si\u00e8ge du bouchon sans avoir \u00e0 serrer autant la vis du bouchon. Ainsi, avec ou sans combinaison de joints en cuivre, vous pouvez encore sauver la situation pour un prix tr\u00e8s bas. Et je suis s\u00fbr qu&#8217;il me manque encore des \u00e9l\u00e9ments. Dans le cas particulier de la Renault Dauphine, ces c\u00e2bles\/tiges sont prot\u00e9g\u00e9s du milieu de la voiture vers l&#8217;avant. Mais du milieu \u00e0 l&#8217;arri\u00e8re, ils sont d\u00e9couverts. Et ce n&#8217;est pas la meilleure option : poussi\u00e8re, salet\u00e9, eau, agressions m\u00e9caniques (pierres, Une fois encore, nous estimons qu&#8217;il n&#8217;y a pas de &#8220;lignes rouges&#8221; ou de v\u00e9rit\u00e9s absolues en la mati\u00e8re. Chacun a son propre point de vue, et tous sont plus que respectables. Dans mon cas personnel, comme je l&#8217;ai dit dans <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jgclassics.com\/fr\/a-propos-de-nous\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">un article sur ce site<\/a>, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re un r\u00e9sultat fiable \u00e0 un r\u00e9sultat 100% fid\u00e8le \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Il est vrai que les car\u00e9nages sur une basse peuvent nuire \u00e0 l'&#8221;authenticit\u00e9&#8221; de la voiture. Mais d&#8217;une part, ils ne sont pas visibles et d&#8217;autre part, ils sont amovibles s&#8217;ils sont correctement install\u00e9s. Dans la m\u00eame logique, de nombreuses voitures des ann\u00e9es 1960 ont fini leur vie litt\u00e9ralement rong\u00e9es par la corrosion et la rouille, mais aujourd&#8217;hui, quiconque restaure une carrosserie ne renoncera pas \u00e0 un appr\u00eat anticorrosion &#8211; la derni\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de peintures &#8211; m\u00eame s&#8217;il n&#8217;appartient pas au mat\u00e9riau Il est un peu plus \u00e9pais que les voitures pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes (Renault 4CV et MGA, dont l&#8217;\u00e9paisseur est de 0,75 mm). Il est donc un peu plus difficile \u00e0 travailler &#8211; surtout lorsqu&#8217;il s&#8217;agit de plier pour obtenir des courbes &#8211; mais en contrepartie, il est beaucoup plus rigide, ce qui est appr\u00e9ciable.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7715e9c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7715e9c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Pour les fixations, les \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 retenus<\/p><ul><li>Goujons H-H pour l&#8217;arri\u00e8re (parfois aussi appel\u00e9s &#8220;tourelles&#8221;) avec filetage M6<\/li><li>Deux supports sp\u00e9cialement fabriqu\u00e9s sont fix\u00e9s \u00e0 deux des boulons du diff\u00e9rentiel au carter de vilebrequin. Vous pouvez les d\u00e9visser un par un pour les adapter aux deux supports et il ne se passera rien. La fixation centrale est partag\u00e9e entre la plaque arri\u00e8re et la plaque centrale. Ces supports sont munis d&#8217;un \u00e9crou soud\u00e9 qui permet de visser le boulon de bas en haut sans avoir \u00e0 se soucier de la tenue de l&#8217;\u00e9crou femelle.<\/li><li>Deux \u00e9crous autogrippants \u00e0 l&#8217;avant pour la plaque centrale.
