Il ne s&#8217;agit pas d&#8217;une d\u00e9faillance catastrophique car elle est devenue visible lorsque la voiture \u00e9tait \u00e0 l&#8217;arr\u00eat. <\/li><li>En supposant qu&#8217;un vieux joint d&#8217;huile en \u00e9tait la cause, celui-ci a \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9 (et nous en avons profit\u00e9 pour changer le pignon de distribution).<\/li><li>Quelques tests, aucun probl\u00e8me de fuite et la panne est r\u00e9solue.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9c4aaf3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9c4aaf3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Deuxi\u00e8me panne:<\/span><\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Nouveau voyage sur l&#8217;autoroute apr\u00e8s quelques semaines pour un long transfert du v\u00e9hicule. Tout semble normal sur la route. <\/li><li>Soudain, apr\u00e8s environ 200 km, la pression d&#8217;huile est tomb\u00e9e brusquement \u00e0 z\u00e9ro et vous avez pu entendre le bruit de cliquetis dans le moteur qui indique que quelque chose de tr\u00e8s grave s&#8217;est produit \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur du moteur. Le moteur s&#8217;est arr\u00eat\u00e9 imm\u00e9diatement, mais le mal \u00e9tait fait. <\/li><li>Le carter a \u00e9t\u00e9 presque enti\u00e8rement vid\u00e9. Dommages tr\u00e8s importants au moteur (manetons de vilebrequin d\u00e9truits, coussinets de bielle fondus). Destruction de la partie inf\u00e9rieure du moteur.  <\/li><li>Mais ce qui est curieux, c&#8217;est que l&#8217;huile ne provenait pas d&#8217;un point pr\u00e9cis, ni d&#8217;un carter cass\u00e9, ni d&#8217;un joint visible : il y avait de l&#8217;huile litt\u00e9ralement partout. dysfonctionnement, mais d&#8217;une anomalie) :<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>Une fois le moteur reconstruit &#8211; avec environ 90 % de ses composants neufs ou r\u00e9par\u00e9s &#8211; tout semblait normal. Des essais au banc pendant un mois et environ 400 km de rodage sur route n&#8217;ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 aucun probl\u00e8me, aucune fuite, aucune perte de liquide ou de compression. Tout semblait parfait. Nous \u00e9tions satisfaits du r\u00e9sultat de l&#8217;assemblage. Jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que, lors d&#8217;un nouveau trajet sur l&#8217;autoroute, le m\u00eame sympt\u00f4me apparaisse : baisse du niveau d&#8217;huile, on voyait qu&#8217;elle sortait, et elle semblait sortir &#8220;partout et nulle part&#8221; en m\u00eame temps. Il n&#8217;y avait pas de joints cass\u00e9s ou mal mont\u00e9s. Et seulement sur l&#8217;autoroute. Comme si cette voiture avait la &#8220;mal\u00e9diction des voies rapides&#8221;.       <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e261e2a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e261e2a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Heureusement, cette fois-ci, alors que le moteur \u00e9tait test\u00e9, nous le surveillions de tr\u00e8s pr\u00e8s et observions les valeurs et les conditions du moteur \u00e0 intervalles tr\u00e8s courts, de sorte qu&#8217;il ne s&#8217;est rien pass\u00e9 d&#8217;autre que la constatation que le niveau d&#8217;huile avait baiss\u00e9 plus que pr\u00e9vu &#8211; m\u00eame pour un moteur en rodage &#8211; et le simple r\u00e9tablissement du niveau correct : tout en sachant qu&#8217;il y avait manifestement quelque chose \u00e0 ajuster.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-076589a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"076589a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le moteur propre et neuf a permis d&#8217;identifier la source du &#8220;jet d&#8217;huile&#8221; : le trou de vidange de la cloche d&#8217;embrayage. C&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire la sortie arri\u00e8re du vilebrequin vers la bo\u00eete de vitesses, o\u00f9 il n&#8217;y a pas de joint d&#8217;huile sur les moteurs Ventoux. L&#8217;huile sortait donc de la partie du vilebrequin qui fait face \u00e0 la bo\u00eete de vitesses. Et nous avons constat\u00e9 que l&#8217;huile sortait de cette partie lorsque nous maintenions un r\u00e9gime moteur \u00e9lev\u00e9 et constant. Bien que nous ayons constat\u00e9 que nous \u00e9tions sur la bonne voie, nous avons encore vu de l&#8217;huile \u00e0 la sortie du vilebrequin dans la cloche d&#8217;embrayage. Moins qu&#8217;avant, mais un peu. Il semble donc que, dans notre moteur, le reniflard du cache-culbuteur soit insuffisant. Dans notre <strong>cas particulier<\/strong> &#8211; et<strong>certainement seulement dans notre cas &#8211;<\/strong> il a fallu remplacer le bouchon ferm\u00e9 du cache-culbuteur par un bouchon ventil\u00e9, du type de ceux utilis\u00e9s sur certains moteurs Ventoux (comme le 670-04, la Renault 4CV et ou la Renault Juvaquatre). C&#8217;est l&#8217;usinage \u00e0 la sortie du vilebrequin qui emp\u00eache l&#8217;huile de sortir du vilebrequin (tout comme un foret fait reculer la mati\u00e8re perc\u00e9e). <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0d17312 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0d17312\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le vilebrequin \u00e0 cannelures fines est un peu moins efficace pour retenir l&#8217;huile et n\u00e9cessite \u00e9ventuellement une purge suppl\u00e9mentaire, comme sur les moteurs 670-04, pour s&#8217;assurer qu&#8217;il n&#8217;y a pas de surpression entra\u00eenant une fuite d&#8217;huile par les cannelures. Reparado el ret\u00e9n de la polea de cig\u00fce\u00f1al, la \u00fanica v\u00eda de salida a la brutal presi\u00f3n interior -debido a que el \u00fanico respiradero disponible estaba completamente obstruido- eran las mencionadas estr\u00edas.  <\/li><li>Dans la troisi\u00e8me anomalie, et en travaillant uniquement avec le reniflard du cache-culbuteur &#8211; une fois nettoy\u00e9 &#8211; et le bouchon version herm\u00e9tique, l&#8217;huile est ressortie \u00e0 l&#8217;arri\u00e8re du vilebrequin (c\u00f4t\u00e9 embrayage-bo\u00eete), \u00e0 cause de la pression interne dans le carter. Peut-\u00eatre g\u00e9rable avec le vilebrequin &#8220;queue de cochon&#8221; d&#8217;origine du moteur Gordini 607-05 (plus moderne et efficace pour retenir l&#8217;huile) mais encore trop de pression pour le vilebrequin &#8220;cannelure lisse&#8221; moins efficace pour contenir la fuite d&#8217;huile et donc plus sensible \u00e0 la moindre surpression. Surpression qui, \u00e9limin\u00e9e par le bouchon ventil\u00e9 du 670-04, a permis de r\u00e9soudre compl\u00e8tement le probl\u00e8me. 4CV, Dauphine, Gordini), tous \u00e2g\u00e9s de plus de 60 ans, o\u00f9 il est facile de trouver des obstructions partielles ou totales dans les conduits de ventilation, dont l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 repose aussi sur la simple sortie directe \u00e0 l&#8217;atmosph\u00e8re.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-01de84a
