combustion passe entre les segments de piston dans le carter : c&#8217;est le <em>blow-by<\/em>.<br>Ce m\u00e9lange de gaz et de vapeur d&#8217;huile augmente la pression interne et, s&#8217;il n&#8217;est pas correctement \u00e9vacu\u00e9, pousse l&#8217;huile \u00e0 travers les points faibles : joints d&#8217;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9, joints d&#8217;huile ou m\u00eame jauge d&#8217;huile.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-438693c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"438693c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La mission du syst\u00e8me de ventilation du carter est aussi simple que vitale : <strong>maintenir la pression interne \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e<\/strong> et permettre \u00e0 ces gaz de s&#8217;\u00e9chapper sans entra\u00eener d&#8217;huile.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9eac785 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9eac785\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Dans les moteurs modernes, une <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Sistema_de_ventilaci%C3%B3n_de_gases_del_c%C3%A1rter_(PCV)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">soupape PCV<\/a> relie le carter \u00e0 l&#8217;admission, en utilisant la d\u00e9pression du collecteur pour aspirer les gaz.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d3c5e37 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d3c5e37\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La fonction principale du <strong>reniflard de carter<\/strong> est de soulager la pression accumul\u00e9e par les gaz d&#8217;\u00e9chappement qui s&#8217;\u00e9chappent des cylindres, en emp\u00eachant cette pression de forcer l&#8217;huile \u00e0 sortir par les joints et les garnitures d&#8217;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9. Si la ventilation est insuffisante ou obstru\u00e9e, le moteur essaiera d&#8217;expulser la pression &#8220;l\u00e0 o\u00f9 il peut&#8221;, ce qui provoquera des fuites d&#8217;huile au niveau des joints et des garnitures, voire un \u00e9clatement partiel de la jauge d&#8217;huile. Ce syst\u00e8me est souvent n\u00e9glig\u00e9, mais sur les moteurs anciens, une ventilation insuffisante peut \u00eatre le &#8220;coupable silencieux&#8221; d&#8217;une consommation d&#8217;huile Ce bouchon, muni d&#8217;une petite <strong data-start=\"425\" data-end=\"455\">cr\u00e9pine m\u00e9tallique<\/strong>, permettait aux gaz de carter de passer \u00e0 l&#8217;ext\u00e9rieur, ce qui maintenait la pression interne \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e.<br data-start=\"560\" data-end=\"563\">Le bouchon comportait \u00e9galement un <strong data-start=\"593\" data-end=\"623\">petit d\u00e9flecteur interne<\/strong> qui jouait le r\u00f4le de s\u00e9parateur d&#8217;huile, emp\u00eachant les gouttelettes en suspension de s&#8217;\u00e9chapper en m\u00eame temps que les vapeurs. Il s&#8217;agissait l\u00e0 d&#8217;un sympt\u00f4me de <em>blow-by<\/em> excessif (segments de piston us\u00e9s) et non d&#8217;une d\u00e9faillance du reniflard lui-m\u00eame. Renault, s&#8217;appuyant sur cette am\u00e9lioration, a <strong>supprim\u00e9 le bouchon d&#8217;huile ventil\u00e9 sur les 670-05<\/strong>, les \u00e9quipant d&#8217;un bouchon scell\u00e9 normal. Et si cette sortie est obstru\u00e9e, le fait qu&#8217;elle soit la seule signifie que la fonctionnalit\u00e9 d&#8217;\u00e9vacuation des gaz de carter est s\u00e9rieusement compromise. <\/li>\n<li>Si, pour une raison quelconque, un vilebrequin plus ancien est mont\u00e9 sur un moteur 670-05 &#8211; avec des cannelures droites uniquement, ce qui, bien que moins efficace que la queue de couchon pour la r\u00e9tention de l&#8217;huile, est techniquement possible &#8211; la ventilation d&#8217;origine peut s&#8217;av\u00e9rer insuffisante.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-97d4183 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"97d4183\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>C&#8217;est ce qui s&#8217;est pass\u00e9 lors de la restauration de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jgclassics.com\/fr\/2025\/10\/18\/ma-voiture-classique-fuit-lhuile-v-problemes-de-reniflard-et-de-ventilation-du-carter-moteur\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">notre Gordini il y a quelques semaines<\/a>: un vilebrequin neuf de l&#8217;ancien stock (type cannelure fine, correspondant au moteur 670-04) a \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9 dans un bloc 670-05. Le r\u00e9sultat \u00e9tait que, m\u00eame avec un reniflard de couvercle propre, le moteur laissait encore \u00e9chapper de l&#8217;huile par la cloche d&#8217;embrayage en cas d&#8217;utilisation intensive.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-56449c9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"56449c9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Il est important de mentionner que les syst\u00e8mes de r\u00e9tention d&#8217;huile sans joints en caoutchouc bas\u00e9s sur l&#8217;usinage de cannelures ou de spirales fonctionnent bien, mais ils reposent sur un principe : <strong>les pressions de part et d&#8217;autre de la paroi du carter d&#8217;huile doivent \u00eatre \u00e9quilibr\u00e9es<\/strong>. En fait, Renault lui-m\u00eame est revenu \u00e0 l&#8217;utilisation des deux \u00e9vents sur la <g id=\"gid_0\">Dauphine 1093<\/g> version course (1962-63, ~55 bhp), assurant ainsi une \u00e9vacuation maximale de la vapeur dans des conditions d&#8217;utilisation extr\u00eames. Vous pouvez le faire avec de l&#8217;essence et une brosse ou avec un puissant d\u00e9graissant pour moteur. <\/li>\n<li>Assurez-vous que la sortie de 14 mm n&#8217;est pas obstru\u00e9e par d&#8217;anciens d\u00e9p\u00f4ts.<\/li>\n<li>Si le tuyau pr\u00e9sente un coude ou une extension, v\u00e9rifiez qu&#8217;il n&#8217;y a pas de condensation ou d&#8217;huile solidifi\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>V\u00e9rifiez le tube lat\u00e9ral du bloc (s&#8217;il y en a un) :<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>V\u00e9rifiez la longueur et la position (sur la 4CV : 67 mm \u00e0 partir de la base).<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e9rifiez que le tuyau n&#8217;est pas pli\u00e9 ou obstru\u00e9 par de la peinture, du mastic ou de la salet\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e9rifiez qu&#8217;il n&#8217;y a pas de r\u00e9sidus d&#8217;huile : une l\u00e9g\u00e8re pellicule est normale, un \u00e9coulement continu ne l&#8217;est pas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bouchon d&#8217;huile :<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>S&#8217;il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;un mod\u00e8le ventil\u00e9, nettoyez la grille m\u00e9tallique interne avec de l&#8217;essence ou un solvant.<\/li>\n<li>S&#8217;il est ferm\u00e9 et qu&#8217;il n&#8217;y a pas d&#8217;autre \u00e9vent actif que vous suspectez, vous pouvez le remplacer temporairement par un autre \u00e9vent pour voir si les fuites disparaissent.
